Your role will be pivotal in managing video conferencing services across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing the employee experience. With a focus on service strategy, performance, and availability, you'll be responsible for maintaining ground breaking technology standards and fostering strong relationships with collaborators. Accountabilities

  • End-to-end operations: Handle conferencing system operations and lead weekly reviews with vendor teams to prioritize, resolve, and prevent incidents and service requests within the EMEA region. Act as a regional critical issue point for service disruptions.

  • Global Service Alignment: Working across AMER and APAC Regions, partner with the service managers to ensure service standards and continuous feedback loop on challenges and opportunities. Participate in regular service reviews and performance evaluations with service partners and providers.

  • Collaborator management: Implement global conferencing standards across EMEA with local partners; communicate effectively, drive continuous operational improvements, and surface/resolve struggles.

  • Regional project partnership: Track project status across EMEA, raise to responsible teams, and obtain approvals from relevant global collaborators.

  • Availability monitoring: Ensure seamless VC service availability at supported locations in line with global standards; align user expectations where needed.

  • Executive Meetings: Support Senior Executive Team Meetings that occur within the Region, coordinating with on-site partners and collaborators such as local IT and VIP support.

  • Support upgrades and updates across the extended conferencing estate, including digital signage and wayfinding devices.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Strong experience in managing Video Conference Service across a large footprint

  • Experience in managing and/or supporting Microsoft Teams Room service

  • Experience in working in large scale upgrades and/or technology transformations

  • Experience in global enterprise environments with cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong communication skills across varying level of an organization

  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • AVIXA CTS, ITIL or equivalent certifications a plus

  • Experience working the Biopharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry
